Opening Ceremonies Skit

Basic Duties: The bulk of opening ceremonies comprises the traditional tone-setting skit highlighting the year's theme and guests. This function entails writing and revising the script, recruiting and rehearsing actors, securing necessary props and costumes, and doing on-the-spot directing.

Scope: This does not include announcements and introductions, which are the responsibility of the Toastmaster.
