GoH Liaison

Basic Duties: Obtain publicity photos, biographies, and bibliographies from the guests of honor. Stay in regular contact with them. Answer their questions. Find out about allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, religious obligations, or other personal preferences. Advocate within the concom for their preferences. Arrange a suitable hotel room for the GoH and traveling companion (if any). Help them with travel arrangements, including picking them up at the airport or train station when they hit town (and returning them afterward). Be a buddy.
